Execution 100% Kit’s: project + works + kitchen + furniture.

Complete renovation of a duplex for a couple and their three pre-teen children. The initial job consisted in redistributing the entire ground floor in order for it to house four bedrooms. As the project progressed, however, the decision was made to make changes to the upper floor as well.

We created an open-space concept for the kitchen and dining area, with big glass doors leading out to a terrace. This front terrace and a second terrace in the back garden serve as a great source of natural light for the home throughout the day. The upper floor, on the other hand, has a completely open-space concept. Its functional, unobstructed space make it the perfect place for the family to gather. The fireplace gives the space a touch of warmth, while the firewood holder acts as an element of contrast between the natural look of the wood and the industrial aesthetic of the metal piece.

On the ground floor, the children have their own bedroom, each furnished with a study nook. We installed sliding doors in all the rooms to save on space. The walls and doors are white, a choice which enhances the feeling of spaciousness and luminosity.
